Opened in October 2009, the Myeongdong NANTA Theater has become one of the most iconic venues associated with the NANTA Show.
Even today, it remains the first theater that comes to mind for many when they think of NANTA!
Located in the heart of Seoul, it's also the perfect spot to enjoy a performance with your international friends while sightseeing - no wonder it continues to be loved by so many visitors!

Myeongdong NANTA Theatre Facilities
As you walk up the stairs leading to the NANTA entrance, you'll see the history of NANTA displayed along the wall - a fun way to learn about the show as you make your way up!
And here it is - the ticket box!
Even if you've booked your NANTA tickets online in advance, you'll still need to exchange them for a physical paper ticket before entering the theater.
๐ This is where you can pick up your tickets!
Next to the ticket box, you'll find a photo zone and a small seating area where you can take a short break before the show.
And just across from it, on the right side of the door, you can check out the casting board to see which team is performing today!

You can grab a drink and browse through some adorable NANTA character souvenirs while you're here.
What's special about the Myeongdong NANTA Theater is its very own exclusive cafe, where you can choose from a variety of drinks!
And here's the best part - you're allowed to bring these drinks into the theater during the show!
(Please note : Drinks from outside cafes are not permitted.)

๐ Got a 2nd-floor ticket?
Just head up the stairs located on the left side of the photo, along the hallway toward the restroom. That's you way up to the 2nd floor seating area!
As you go up the stairs, you'll find another small resting area :)
This is the entrance to the 2nd floor seating area.
๐ป Restrooms are available on both the 1st and 2nd floors, so you can use them comfortably before the show.
The Myeongdong NANTA Theater has a total of 382 seats.
Here's how the seating is arranged :
VIP Seats : 153
S Seats : 140
A Seats : 89
Since the theater isn't too large, you'll still have a good view of the stage ebem from the back.
NANTA is well-known for its high level of audience participation.
