How to Get to Myeongdong NANTA Theater
In this post, we'll guide you on how to get to the Myeongdong NANTA Theater in detail!
※ Please note: Don’t confuse it with the Myeongdong Theater (Myeongdong Art Theater) — they may sound similar, but they are completely different places.
The Myeongdong NANTA Theater is located between Myeongdong Station (Line 4) and Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station (Line 2), so you can get off at whichever station is more convenient for you.
If both stations are nearby, here are some tips:
▶ For a quicker and less crowded route: Get off at Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station
▶ If you’d like to explore Myeongdong and enjoy some street food on the way: Get off at Myeongdong Station

Directions to Myeongdong NANTA Theater from Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2)
Start by exiting through Exit 6 at Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station.
After coming out of the exit, you’ll find yourself on a big street with Lotte Department Store in sight. Just walk straight along the road!
Spotting Musinsa Standard and the Apple Store means you're heading in the right direction!
When you spot Lotte Cinema on the opposite side of the road, that's your cue to turn left.
You'll see a 7-Eleven at the entrance to the Myeongdong Food Alley - head in and keep going straight!
Keep walking, and you'll soon spot NOON Square and the Nike store
You're just about there!
See the red cube NANTA sign? That means you've made it to Myeongdong NANTA Theater! πππ
π Directions to Myeongdong NANTA Theater
from Line 4 – Myeongdong Station
At Myeongdong Station, head toward Exit 6 (Myeongdong Art Theater / Shopping Street direction). If you see Play Ground and CGV along the way, you're headed the right way!

Once you're out of the exit, head into the Myeongdong Food Street - look for the BAF Almond Store at the entrance - and keep walking straight!
Keep walking past about four small alleys. When you spot Myeongdong Art Theater and the LINE FRIENDS store - that's your cue to stop!
Turn left in the direction of the Myeongdong Art Theater and continue straight. Before long, you'll spot the Myeongdong Police Box and a ShoeMaker Sotre.

Right after that, you'll see the flags in front of the UNESCO Building and a red cube-shaped NANTA sign on top of the building.
