NANTA PICK: A Must-Visit Spot in Seoul!
In this post, we’re excited to introduce 943 King’s Cross Café, located just a 20-second walk from the Hongdae NANTA Theater — yes, it’s that close!
Because it’s practically next door, our NANTA staff actually visited the café themselves and enjoyed every corner of it. Now, we’re here to share our experience with you.
Let’s dive right into NANTA’s pick – 943 King’s Cross Café!
Plus, we’ve got great news: The Hongdae NANTA Theater offers a special discount partnership with the café, and package tickets are also available.
You can find all the details at the end of this post.

As you can see in the photo, 943 King’s Cross Café is just a 20-second walk from our Hongdae NANTA Theater.
The bright yellow building is the Hongdae NANTA Theater, and the brick building right next to it is King’s Cross Café!
Because it’s so close, we highly recommend the café if you’re looking for a cozy spot to relax before watching the NANTA performance, or a great place to visit after the show. :)
Before stepping inside King’s Cross Café, let’s take a quick look at the Magic Broomstick Storage area.
It’s one of the café’s signature photo spots, and I noticed many visitors stopping here to snap a picture.
The moment you step onto the first floor, you’re greeted by a magical atmosphere.
It instantly reminded me of the scene in Harry Potter where Harry chooses his wand in Diagon Alley before entering Hogwarts.
First, we placed our order on the first floor and then decided to explore the rest of the café.
The menu was filled with wizard-themed drinks and food, adding to the magical experience.
They even had a Mandrake Cake and the very same cake Harry received as a birthday gift!
I remember watching it in the movie and thinking how much I wanted to try it — and here it was, right in front of me. :)
There was also a wide variety of cakes, along with some mysterious-looking bottled drinks.
They gave me serious Butterbeer vibes — I couldn’t help but wonder if that’s what they were inspired by.
After placing our order, we set off to fully explore the café.
Even the elevator and stairs were filled with a magical atmosphere, making it feel like we were stepping deeper into a wizarding world.
We went for some of the most popular drinks at 943 King’s Cross Café.
They came topped with colorful, tasty jelly candies — and even a creepy-crawly spider for a fun (and slightly spooky) touch!
It truly felt like stepping into Hogwarts!
With all the magical props and the perfectly executed theme décor, it was less like visiting a café and more like spending the day at a wizard-themed amusement park.
We also stopped by the famous banquet hall where delicious feasts are served.
Unlike the other floors, it had a spacious, open layout that left quite an impression.
It almost felt like being at Oxford University in the UK.
We also visited the Christmas-themed dormitory, filled with cozy holiday vibes. :)
Even with just a short stay, it warmed both my body and my heart.
And honestly, every single corner here is a photo spot — you could easily spend an hour just taking pictures.
So come by and capture your perfect Instagram-worthy shots!
Heading down to the basement, we discovered a space where you can brew magical potions!
The atmosphere was a bit eerie, giving it a different vibe from the upper floors.
After all, where there are good wizards… there are bound to be a few bad ones too, right? ;)
as if we had fully crossed over into the realm of wizards!
We wrapped up our visit by snapping a photo with the dragon _
As a wizard-themed, one-of-a-kind café, it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Hongdae.
